Many issues arise in the course of a day aside from normal service calls, you will have one number and one very experienced person to call 24 hours a day to assist with any problems that require special attention they have the authority to make site visits at the Customer’s request, meet with engineers, City officials or landlords, develop scopes of work, in-short, they are there to understand your business, make sure PBMS is exceeding expectations and develop programs that save you time which converts to money and decreases loss of revenue. PBMS has over 50 years of experience in our management team. Our staff stands ready to assist in preparing reports, gather information for presentations, retrieve work request at a single location, or supply history to evaluate capital needs for budget purposes. Being a full service and maintenance company is much more than running a service call. We are experienced in every phase of building repair, servicing multiple locations, and scheduled preventive maintenance. The most important service is 24 hours a day emergency service from an outlet not working to a drive through requiring temporary structure support and clean-up. You would also be added to our First Responder list for Acts of God. We will provide you with our Disaster Response plan.
